Information we collect

When you submit a cleaning request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, general service location, requested service, preferred timing, and message. We also receive ordinary technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website.

Do not submit payment-card numbers, financial-account information, government identifiers, medical information, access codes, or other highly sensitive information through the request form.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review and respond to service requests, communicate about availability and service needs, maintain business records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and protect the website. A request is not a confirmed appointment.

Service providers

The website uses Vercel for hosting and operational logs, Supabase for secure lead storage, Resend for request-related email delivery, and Upstash for distributed rate limiting. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Abuse prevention uses a keyed, nonreversible request fingerprint for short-lived rate-limit counters. The lead database is not designed to store a raw internet-protocol address.

Security and access

Database access is restricted to server-side systems. Browser roles are denied direct table access. We use input validation, request limits, idempotency controls, restricted credentials, and redacted operational logging. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use email if your request requires special care.

Retention and deletion

Request records and related delivery events are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Security counters and operational logs may follow shorter provider-specific retention periods.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email NRCozyCo@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when reasonably required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

Sharing and updates

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers described above, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service. Material policy updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
