These terms govern use of the NRCozyCo Cleaning Co. website and online cleaning-request form.

Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to request information about cleaning services. You may not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, submit false or harmful content, or use automated means to abuse the request service.
Service requests
An online submission is a request for follow-up only. It does not confirm availability, price, scope, timing, or an appointment. Any service arrangement is established separately after NRCozyCo Cleaning Co. reviews and accepts the request.
Website information
We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but content may change and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Examples of prior work are illustrative and do not promise identical results for every space.
Third-party services
The website relies on service providers, including Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Upstash, for hosting, secure request storage, transactional email, and abuse prevention. Their services are subject to their own applicable terms and availability.
Intellectual property
The NRCozyCo name, branding, website design, copy, and original photographs are protected materials. They may not be copied, republished, or used to imply affiliation without permission.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
